Cell managers：Following a review of our business processes we have two vacancies at our Liuhe, Nanjing site for Manufacturing Cell Managers, reporting to the Head of Supply Chain. The Cell Managers will have total responsibility, include cost control, for a manufacturing cell in support of the business objectives, ensuring that we conform with all Group Quality and SHE standards at all times.Responsibilities will include managing all the production activities to maximum effectiveness ensuring production and key performance indicators are consistently met； ensuring that all cell staff and employees are motivated and highly-trained； ensuring that all production activities are performed in accordance with all legislative and Group SHE requirements； managing budgetary, project and continuous improvement activities and maintaining good product, process and customer knowledge. The ideal candidates will possess the following qualifications/background/skills：Proven manufacturing management experience – must be able to coach and lead effectively Degree in Chemistry / Material Science or Engineering and preferably Masters.Experience in an Foreign owned industrial, process manufacturing environmentMust have basic financial awareness and experience of costing and budgetingMust be a team player with excellent communication skillsDemonstrated the implementation of modern manufacturing tools and techniques, such as JIT, Kaizen, SPC 5S.Excellent understanding of SHE and Quality systemsExcellent English (written and verbal)
